We're about a week away from the debut of GOWNTOWN (Friday October 30)
Barbie-Q and I, Hard Kora have been busy learning some new precision coreo as well as ripping up old costumes to create some new costumes. Project Runway eat your heart out!
DJ Dwayne Minard is even getting a manicure as he preps those hands to spin some great house and disco tunez for all the kids of GOWNTOWN.

"If you’re gonna wig out, maybe you’d better work up to those heels the night before to avoid disastrous drag on the main strip. Consider stopping by The B-Girlz’ presentation of Gowntown on Fri, Oct 30 at Buddies (12 Alexander St) for some transtastic tips at this amateur drag contest featuring DJ Dwayne Minard. Starts at 10:30pm with a $5 cover.
The Girlz were kind enough to offer some advice in advance of the big day. “Remember when applying lipstick,” Barbie-Q advises, “go around the lips and across the teeth.”
